In this stage, we will present you a floor plan of the proposed space to approve. We will work with you to bring your vision to life by providing floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings.

Once design is agreed upon, we will proceed to work on all requirements for submittal.

We will submit complete set of plans to the city/ county and any other overseeing agencies to go through the approval process until permits are RTI (ready to issue). Once issued, either the homeowner or general contractor will pull the building permit.
